PRICES

While we do our best to keep pricing consistent, there are many variables that affect the amount of time it takes

to provide our services for your dog. With this in mind, we cannot accurately quote the cost of service until we see your dog.

HOW WE CHARGE

What influences how we determine our prices?

• Seasons: If it’s the fall or spring season, it may take an hour longer to properly do a brush out than at other times of the year.
  
• Dog Breed: Do you have a doodle, or other long hair dog? That’s a lot of hair!
  
• Changes in a Dog’s Coat:  The condition of a dog’s coat can change for many reasons, and it’s rarely the same two visits in a row.

Because we strive to be the best grooming shop on Whidbey Island, we are not going to send a dog out the door that is not properly groomed. This means we sometimes are required to charge extra for the time it takes to make your dog beautiful!  Our prices reflect the outstanding grooming services offered at Critters and Co. Pet Center and Rescue, and we believe you’ll appreciate the quality and value our premium care provides.

HAIRCUTS

The haircut of your choice at Critters and Co. Pet Center and Rescue provides a shampoo specific to your pet's needs. We add a deep coat conditioner, nail trimming, ear plucking, ear cleaning, a great blowout, and brush out.

All our cuts are breed specific as needed. We always do our best to make your dog leave looking their best!

DOG BATH AND BRUSH
No need for a haircut? We’ve got you covered.

Everything that’s included in the haircut package (minus the haircut) comes with the bath and brush!

If you’re booked for a bath and brush and would like to change it to a full groom, give us a call. We'll try to accommodate you. Rescheduling may be required.

DE-SHEDDING DOG BATH
Is it already THAT season again?

Using a de-shedding shampoo and conditioner along with high powered blowers, our de-shedding dog bath service is perfect for the dogs who are blowing their coat.

Service includes extra brushing to assist with the shedding. We suggest a de-shedding bath for super hairy dogs approximately every 4 weeks.

CAT GROOMING

While we love our feline friends, cat grooming is potentially dangerous to both the cat and the groomer.

We make special accommodations when grooming your cat, with times set aside when dogs will not be there being groomed. This gives us a quieter, and calmer environment which is helpful for everyone involved.

Do you know when your cat says “no” and really means it? If your cat decides it is done with the service, we listen!

We’ll do all we can to complete the service, yet please know this all depends on your cat.
